How booking works
Send a note with the date you have in mind. You will hear back directly, and if it is a fit you will get an agreement to review and sign online. Nothing is held until you have both agreed.
Travel
Yes, within the service area shown above. If you are outside it, ask anyway — travel is often possible and it is a short conversation.
Meeting first
Always. A short call or coffee before anything is signed is normal, and it is how most people decide.

Is the ceremony written for us?
Yes. The words are written for the people in the room — not read from a template — and you see them before the day.
Do you handle the legal paperwork?
The license and its filing are covered where the law allows an officiant to do it. What is required varies by state, and you will be told exactly what falls to you, in writing, before the day.
How is payment handled?
A deposit reserves the date and the balance is due before the ceremony. You pay by card or bank transfer through a secure link.
What if plans change?
Tell the officiant as early as you can. Dates can often be moved; what happens to a deposit is written into the agreement you sign.
