The block composer: types, reordering, and speakers
Build the ceremony from blocks — welcome, readings, vows, pronouncement — in any order.
A ceremony is a sequence of blocks: a welcome, a reading, the vows, a ritual, a blessing, the pronouncement. The composer is where you arrange them.
Add a block and pick its type. Types keep the script organized and let the day-of tools know what is a reading versus a vow versus a cue.
Drag to reorder. Move the reading before the vows, slide a ritual in after the exchange — the flow is yours, and it updates everywhere the ceremony appears.
Assign a speaker to each block: you, a partner, a reader, a family member. Cue cards and the rehearsal agenda use those assignments so everyone knows their part.
Pull from your library to reuse a favorite block, or write a new one in place. Either way, it is a draft until you are happy with it.
