Your sign-in code did not arrive

The code is the only door in — here is what to do when it does not land.

RiteBinder signs you in with a code, not a password. You give your email, we send a 6-digit code, you type it in. There is nothing to remember and nothing to reset.

Codes usually land in a minute or two. Check the junk and spam folders first — that is where nearly every missing code turns out to be.

A code expires, and each one is single use. If you asked twice, only the newest code works. Tap Resend code on the same screen; it counts down about half a minute between sends and then reads Resend code again.

Typed the wrong email? Choose "Use a different email" on the code screen and start again. Your practice lives on the address you signed up with, and you can see which address that is under Settings, Your practice.

If you are told there have been too many tries, wait the minute out rather than trying again straight away. The limit is short and it clears itself.

Still nothing after ten minutes and a junk-folder check, email us from any address and say which one you are trying to sign in with.

Still stuck? Email [email protected] and a real person answers, usually within one business day.

Be first through the door.

The day RiteBinder opens, run a whole ceremony from one desk — book it, write it with the couple or family, and read it from the podium on the day, even with no signal. Leave your email to hold your place.
