Officiant pricing calculator

A starting range, not a rule. Set the ceremony, your area, and your experience for a suggested fee — then read how it's built.

Suggested fee range

$300 – $600

A market-range starting point. Your real number comes from your hours, your costs, and your booking terms.

How this is built

We start from a base range for the ceremony kind, adjust for cost of living in your area and for how established you are, and add for a rehearsal appearance and for travel beyond a free radius. Travel is charged both ways at a standard per-mile rate.

Ranges are directional and were set for a 2026 market. They are not legal or financial advice, and they are not a floor or a ceiling — read the guide below and price from your own hours.
