Your couple or family says the email never arrived
Where client mail usually is, what to check first, and what to do when it truly did not land.
Almost always it arrived and is sitting somewhere nobody has looked yet.
Ask them to check junk and spam, and to search their mail for YOUR practice name. Everything a couple or family receives goes out in your name and your brand, so searching for RiteBinder finds nothing.
Then check the address on the client record. One wrong character is the most common cause there is, and correcting it and sending again takes a moment.
Work addresses at large employers sometimes hold outside mail at the door. A personal address usually goes straight through — ask for one and try that.
You do not have to wait on the mail. A questionnaire send and every script share link carry Copy link — copy it and send it in a text or an email of your own, and the couple lands in the same place.
An unsubscribe is almost never the cause. A couple cannot opt out of the mail they need — the agreement, the questionnaire, the receipt. The one thing they can stop is a review request, and stopping it leaves everything else arriving.
Your own mail is a separate question. If RiteBinder’s notifications to you stopped, open Settings, then Notification settings: emails can be switched off there, and the same screen turns them back on.
Still stuck? Email [email protected] and a real person answers, usually within one business day.
