Messages you might see, and what to do

The lines RiteBinder shows most often, in plain words, with the next step for each.

Most messages say what to do next. These are the ones that come up most.

"You’ve reached the Free plan’s active-ceremony limit." Two ceremonies are open at once. Close or cancel one, or move to a paid plan — see "What each plan includes."

"You’ve used your script drafts for this month." The monthly drafting allowance is spent. Every block can still be written and edited by hand, and the rest of the ceremony is untouched.

"Only the practice owner can change the price or deposit." Money is the owner’s on a Studio team. Ask them to make the change — see "Studio: seats, roles, and assignment."

"Your session has expired." Sign in again with a fresh code. Nothing is lost; see "Your sign-in code did not arrive" if the code does not come.

"Too many tries." A safety limit on repeated attempts. Wait a minute, then go once more.

"No seats left on your plan." Add a seat or remove a member, then invite again.

"That practice is scheduled for deletion." The owner asked to close it and it is inside its grace period — see "When your access is paused."

"You’re offline." A ceremony already saved for the podium still opens with no signal. See "When something looks stuck."
