Letting a date book itself

Some officiants would rather the date be taken while the couple is still reading the page. Instant booking lets your booking page do that without a message to you first.

It is off until you turn it on, under Settings, Your public page. It needs a paid plan, because a free practice holds a limited number of ceremonies at a time and an unattended booking should never be the thing that hits that limit.

You set two bounds. How long a date is held while the agreement is signed and the deposit is paid — if that does not finish, the hold is released and the date goes back to open. And how much notice a couple must give before a date can be taken this way, so nobody claims tomorrow morning while you are asleep.

Anything outside those bounds still reaches you as an ordinary inquiry. Instant booking narrows what happens without you; it never closes the door.

You are told the moment a date books itself, with the ceremony already made and the couple attached.

Leave it off if you would rather speak to every couple first. Your page keeps taking inquiries either way.
