Turning an inquiry into a booked ceremony

Paste the email or message you were sent and review a ceremony before anything is created.

An inquiry rarely arrives as a tidy form. It comes as an email, a note from a directory, a message a friend forwarded. Paste it into RiteBinder and work from it instead of retyping it.

Open Inquiry intake and paste the message. RiteBinder reads it and fills in what it can find — the names, a date, a venue, the kind of ceremony, what they asked you for.

A review screen comes next, and nothing exists until you accept it. Every field is yours to edit. If the message was thin, the screen says the parse is incomplete rather than inventing the parts that were never there.

If the names match someone already in your clients, RiteBinder says so and offers to use that client rather than creating a second record. Their details stay as they are; you edit the ceremony underneath them.

Accept, and you have a ceremony with the couple or family attached. From there the usual loop opens — package, agreement, deposit, questionnaire, script.

Inquiry intake belongs to the practice owner. A teammate who opens it is told so plainly instead of being left to guess.

Still stuck? Email [email protected] and a real person answers, usually within one business day.

Be first through the door.

The day RiteBinder opens, run a whole ceremony from one desk — book it, write it with the couple or family, and read it from the podium on the day, even with no signal. Leave your email to hold your place.
