Notifications and email preferences
Choose what pings you — a viewed agreement, a signed one, an answered questionnaire.
You do not have to sit on the inbox. RiteBinder notifies you when things move: an agreement viewed or signed, a questionnaire answered, a version approved, a balance paid.
Open Settings, then Notifications, to choose which of these reach you and how — push, email, or both.
Notifications about your clients go to you, never to them on RiteBinder’s behalf. Anything a couple or family receives goes in your name and your brand.
Quiet stretch coming? Turn categories down without losing the record — everything is still tracked on each ceremony whether or not it pings you.
