Studio: seats, roles, and assignment

Add officiants and assistants, assign them to ceremonies, and keep money owner-only.

Studio is for companies with more than one officiant. Open Settings, then Team, to invite people and give each a role.

Roles decide what a person can see and do. An owner runs the business and sees everything. An officiant is assigned to ceremonies they perform. An assistant helps with scripts and logistics.

Assign people per ceremony. An officiant sees the ceremonies they are on — the script, the schedule, the couple or family — and not the rest of the roster’s work.

Money stays owner-only. Officiants and assistants never see pricing, deposits, balances, or the P&L. That line is enforced, not a hidden button — you can hand the app to your crew without exposing what a ceremony earned.

Seats and roles depend on your plan. The Plan & billing screen shows how many seats you have and how to add more; removing someone ends their access immediately.
