When your access is paused

Two different reasons, one person who can undo either — and nothing of yours is deleted.

If you open RiteBinder and read "Your access is paused", you are on a team whose access has changed. The screen names the practice and who to ask.

One reason is your seat. The owner paused it, and nothing you worked on is gone — it comes back with the seat.

The other is the practice itself. The owner asked to close it and it is inside its grace period, so nobody on the team can open it until they change their mind.

Only the owner can undo either one. We cannot turn a seat back on in someone else’s practice, and that is the same rule that keeps your own practice yours.

A seat can also pause when a practice moves to a plan with fewer seats. The most recently joined members are the ones parked, and parked is not removed: their work is untouched, the team screen names them, and the owner restores anyone once a seat frees up or they add one.

If you are the owner and your own practice is inside its deletion grace period, you get a different screen with Restore my account on it. Tap it before the date shown and everything comes back — see "Deleting your account."
