When something looks stuck

A screen that will not load, or a save that seems not to land — what to do.

Nearly all of it is the network, and nearly all of it clears itself.

If RiteBinder says you are offline, that is a detected state rather than a guess. A ceremony already saved for the podium still opens; everything else comes back when signal does.

"Can’t reach RiteBinder" means we could not load your practice this second. Your work is not gone. Wait a moment and try again.

Before doing anything more drastic, leave the screen and come back to it. A list that looks wrong is usually one reopen away from right.

Podium reading and day-of checklist ticks work with no signal and sync when signal returns, so a venue with no bars never costs you the ceremony.

Still wrong after that and a fresh sign-in? Write down what you tapped and what you saw, take a screenshot, and email us — a picture of the screen tells us more than a description of it.

Still stuck? Email [email protected] and a real person answers, usually within one business day.

Be first through the door.

The day RiteBinder opens, run a whole ceremony from one desk — book it, write it with the couple or family, and read it from the podium on the day, even with no signal. Leave your email to hold your place.
