Your practice’s profit and loss, and the year-end picture

The Money tab is the practice in one place: booked, collected, and still owed, to the cent.

A payment counts in its ceremony’s month, not the month it arrived. A deposit taken in March for a September ceremony sits in September, where the work is — so a month reads as what you earned rather than what happened to land.

Costs you record against a ceremony come off the same picture. What a ceremony actually earned is a number you read, not one you assemble at the kitchen table in January.

The outstanding list downloads as a spreadsheet from the same screen — booked, collected and still owed — which is usually the file an accountant asks for. It is a small, separate download from the whole-account copy in "Exporting your data."

Money surfaces are owner-only. On a Studio team an officiant or assistant never sees a price, a balance, or this screen.
