Refunds and cancellations

Record a cancellation or refund cleanly. Your refund policy is yours — RiteBinder just keeps the record.

Plans change — a date moves, a couple postpones, a family reschedules a memorial. When a ceremony is cancelled, open it and mark it Cancelled. Its record stays for your books.

Your cancellation and refund policy is yours to set and lives in your agreement. RiteBinder does not decide it and does not move any money.

If you refund a deposit, record it on the Money screen so your balances and year-end totals stay honest. Because the money runs on your own payment links, you issue the refund there and note it here.

A cancelled ceremony keeps its script and library blocks. If the couple rebooks, you reuse everything instead of starting over.

For questions about your own RiteBinder subscription refunds, see "Billing, plans, and founding pricing."

Be first through the door.

The day RiteBinder opens, run a whole ceremony from one desk — book it, write it with the couple or family, and read it from the podium on the day, even with no signal. The founding offer opens to you first. Leave your email and we'll tell you the moment it's live.

  • Book and write, one desk
  • Your money, your links
  • Podium mode, no signal needed
