Your clients' payments settle to accounts you own — RiteBinder never holds your money in a RiteBinder balance. If you turn on integrated collection, Stripe processes the payment under your own Stripe account and the platform fee is shown before you enable it. That is how it is built, not a setting.
You get paid the way you already do. Add your own links under Settings, Payment links — Venmo, Zelle, a Stripe or PayPal link, whatever you use. The money lands in your account, never through us.
Set a deposit on a ceremony (a flat amount or a percentage) so the couple or family knows what holds the date. The remaining balance is tracked for you.
When a payment comes in, record it on the ceremony’s Money screen. RiteBinder updates the balance and keeps your totals straight for the year-end picture.
Money surfaces are owner-only. An assistant or second officiant on the ceremony never sees a price, a deposit, or a balance.
