Payment reminders

A polite, on-brand nudge goes out when a balance is due, in your name.

When a balance is coming due, RiteBinder can send a reminder to your couple or family — a short, polite note in your name, with your brand, linking to how they pay you.

You preview the exact wording before anything sends, and you choose when reminders go out relative to the ceremony date.

Reminders only ever ask the client to pay you through your own links. Your money lands in your own accounts — never in a RiteBinder balance. RiteBinder never markets to your clients.

Turn reminders off for a ceremony, or off entirely, from the Money screen. Some officiants prefer to nudge by hand — that is fine too.

A reminder stops the moment the balance is marked paid, so no one is ever chased for money they already sent.

Still stuck? Email [email protected] and a real person answers, usually within one business day.

Be first through the door.

The day RiteBinder opens, run a whole ceremony from one desk — book it, write it with the couple or family, and read it from the podium on the day, even with no signal. Leave your email to hold your place.
